Wider Palm Contact: These EVA push up pads provide a broad surface for your palms during push-ups, kneeling push-ups, planks, and other floor exercises. The wider contact area helps distribute pressure across more of the hand for a gentler contact feel than pressing directly against a hard floor.
Firm, Low-Profile EVA Support: High-density EVA provides limited cushioning with a firm, supportive feel—not a soft sponge. The low-profile design cushions your palms while keeping your hands relatively close to the floor.
Adjustable Hand Spacing: The two separate pads let you choose close, standard, or wide hand spacing without fixed positions. Slightly rotate each pad until your palms feel balanced and your fingers rest comfortably around the sides.
Textured Contact Surfaces: Texture on the top and bottom adds traction between your palms, the pads, and the floor. For best results, use on a clean, dry, flat surface and keep all contact areas free from sweat, moisture, and dust.
Compact Workout Pair: Each pad measures approximately 7.3 × 5.3 × 2.4 inches and weighs about 0.44 lb. The lightweight pair is easy to store or carry, and each set includes an exercise guide with movement ideas for floor training.
