IMPORTANT NOTE: It's normal for your solid tire to look smaller than the rim. This tight fit is by design to securely lock the tire in place and prevent slipping. For easy mounting, simply heating the tire will soften the rubber, allowing it to stretch smoothly onto the rim (soak the tire in boiling water for 20-30 minutes)
Installation Note: It is recommended that the tires be boiled in boiling water for 30 minutes prior to installation in order to soften the tires and facilitate installation
