Installation steps
1. Remove the seat and stopper from the pop-up assembly. Lower the mounting nut and bottom gasket to allow threaded end of pop-up to extend to top of sink hole. Apply a small amount of plumber's putty or silicone sealant to underside of seat. Slip drain body up through the drain opening and hand tighten seat onto drain body. Hold drain body in position, with ball rod opening facing the back of the sink. Tighten the mounting nut snugly with a wrench, being careful not to over tighten
2. Make sure the ball rod seal is in place in the ball rod opening of the drain body. lf not, push seal securely into ball rod opening. Position additional seal between ball rod ball and ball rod tightening nut. Place stopper into the pop-up seat, making sure the notch at the bottom faces the opening. insert ball rod in ball rod opening. Slip ball rod tightening nut onto ball rod and thread it on drain body Hand tighten
3. With lift rod in position on the faucet, insert lift rod through lift rod extension and secure with the set screw
4. Guide the ball rod through one of the holes on lift rod extension and secure it with the clevis clip, then adjust height of lift rod by resetling the set screw, Turn on water and check for leaks
Remark:ifleaks any threads ,apply the seal tape (included) on the thread then turn on again
