HOW TO ADJUST THE MOUTH GUARDS- Place thefootball mouth guard in 70-80°C water for 30 seconds, then insert the boxing mouthguard into your mouth and apply pressure with your hands and tongue for 30 seconds. Remove it, place it in cold water for 10 seconds to shape it. If you feel uncomfortable, repeat the above steps to adjust the fit and take some time to get used to it
