About this item

• High Carbon Steel Blade, 2.8 in Long – The 2.8 in high carbon steel blade holds an edge through repeated rope cutting and package opening, and the stonewashed finish hides scratches from daily use. High carbon steel is not stainless, so wipe it dry after wet use and add a thin coat of oil to keep it rust-free. Like most factory edges, it may benefit from a light honing before first use to reach its best sharpness.
• Full Tang Build for Real Camp Tasks – The blade runs the full length of the handle, so this small EDC knife stays rigid when you press down on a campsite task or shave kindling. That one-piece construction is what keeps a compact fixed blade knife from flexing under load, and it is why this knife handles rope cutting, package opening and wood shaving without wobble.
• Textured ABS Handle That Stays Grippy When Wet – The textured ABS handle has molded grooves that keep your grip locked in when your hands are wet, muddy or cold, which matters on a compact fixed blade knife you may be holding with gloves on. ABS resists moisture and does not swell, so the handle feels the same on a rainy hike as it does in dry storage.
• ABS Sheath with Belt Clip, Multi-Angle Carry – The ABS sheath with belt clip mounts at the angle you set, so a slight tilt on the belt is normal and lets the handle sit where your hand naturally reaches. It fits belts up to about 1.55 in wide and also clips to a pack strap or a boot. If you want it to hang straight down, tighten the clip screw until the sheath stops rotating.
• Know the Limits Before You Buy – This camping fixed blade knife is built for slicing, whittling, rope and package work, not for batoning or heavy chopping, so use a hatchet for splitting wood. Overall length is 6.5 in and it weighs about 4.5 oz, which makes it a light everyday carry option rather than a full-size camp knife. Available in Black, Green, and two stonewashed finishes; check the color name on the listing before ordering.
