Its laser cut using 1/8" thick 5052 aluminum and tumbled to a satin brushed finish. You won't need to worry about breaking tabs nor deflecting this plate upon tightening the hardware! This part is a must-have for carts converted to a lithium battery. It allows replacement of the factory charger port with a 120V plug and mounting your onboard charger under the seat. Charging the battery is made easy by simply plugging in an extension cord! Please note: This listing is only for the adapter plate. The plug and the mounting hardware are NOT included in this listing but are widely available. Several brands make the 120V AC ports including NOCO and Allied Battery.
