Add more grip options to your workouts with Kensui Swissies pull up handles. Choose Swissies V1 for a neutral grip with palms facing each other, or Swissies SP for a 45-degree angled grip that allows semi-pronated and semi-supinated hand positions.

Both styles feature 32 mm knurled handles, nylon-fiberglass construction and protective rubber-lined hooks. Position the separate handles along a compatible bar to choose your preferred grip width before training.

Use them with compatible pull-up bars, barbells, resistance bands and cable attachments for pull-ups, rows, lat pulldowns and other exercises. The portable design makes it easy to bring your preferred handles to the gym or use them at home.
