Surfboard Motorcycle Rack Installation Steps:

Step 1: Depress spring lock and slide lower carrying hook into upper arm.
Step 2: Secure mount to scooter's cargo rack (top plate on top, bottom plate under). Tighten with included bolts.
Step 3: Insert arms into mount piece, find optimal position and tighten bolts.
Step 4: Use bungee cords to secure surfboard.
