  • The straps aren’t adjustable, but they’re soft and stretchy. They sit really comfortably on the shoulders and don’t dig in at all.

  • It’s definitely better for low to medium-impact stuff like yoga, Pilates, or gym sessions. It stays in place nicely, but for something intense like running, you might want a bit more support.

  • It’s super comfy and flattering, but if you have a larger bust, it might not give quite enough support on its own.

  • So far, it holds up really well! It keeps its shape and softness, and I haven’t noticed any fading, shrinking, or wear after washing.

  • I’d say it’s pretty true to size! If you like that snug, held-in feel, your usual size should be perfect.
