- FITS 4/5 INCH (0.8") / 3/4 INCH SHAFT WITH INCLUDED DELRIN BUSHINGS - 5" OD x 3" WIDE: Measure your roller bunk shaft at the journal - this SKU is for smaller 0.8 inch / 3/4 inch shafts using the pre-installed Delrin bushings. DOES NOT FIT 1-1/8 inch (1.125") large-bore shafts - if your shaft measures about 1-1/8", order our large-bore 4-pack (ASIN B07ZYHCT2S) instead.
- NON-MARKING POLY - WILL NOT SCUFF YOUR GELCOAT: Ribbed polyurethane surface grips slick or slimy hulls better than smooth rollers, absorbs shock on launch and retrieve, and resists cuts. Will not mark or mar fiberglass like aged black rubber rollers. Yellow color makes it easy to spot when rollers need replacing.
- MEASURE BEFORE YOU BUY - 4 KEY DIMENSIONS: (1) Roller OD = 5", (2) roller width = 3", (3) shaft diameter at journal must be ~0.8" / 3/4" for this SKU, (4) journal length through the hub. Bore is 4/5 inch (0.800") with Delrin bushing - caliper on bushing ID may read slightly higher due to tolerance; always measure your shaft OD, not the bushing ID.
- EASY ROLLER BUNK REFRESH - MEASURE FIRST: Remove old cotter pin or hog ring, slide off worn roller, install new roller with washer-roller-washer stack on each journal end, and secure with the included cotter pins. If the roller journal is longer than your old rollers, use thinner 18-gauge washers to take up the slack.
- WHAT IS IN THE BOX - 4 ROLLERS + DELRIN BUSHINGS + HARDWARE: Four yellow ribbed poly wobble rollers with Delrin bushings pre-installed in each hub, plus eight flat washers and four cotter pins for standard roller-bunk install. Hog rings are NOT included - reuse your existing hog rings or order them separately if your bunk uses hog-ring retention.
