About this item

• LOWER BACK COVERAGE: The O Shield football back plate extends below the shoulder pads to cover the lower back, using a hard polycarbonate outer shell over ventilated PU foam padding during youth football play.
• ATTACHES TO STANDARD FOOTBALL SHOULDER PADS: Four mounting holes are designed to attach to standard youth football shoulder pads, with a fit range intended for standard football shoulder pads.
• LIGHTWEIGHT AND MOBILITY-FRIENDLY: Low-profile build adds back coverage without bulking out the silhouette so players keep range of motion for running, throwing, blocking, and tackling.
• STAYS SECURE THROUGH PLAY: The back plate mounts to standard football shoulder pads through the four mounting holes using the included hardware ??screws with pre-applied threadlocker and matching nuts. As each screw tightens into its nut, the threadlocker bonds the threads so the hardware stays locked in place across practices and games. Basic tools are required for installation.
• GAME-DAY GRAPHIC DESIGN: Printed graphic design on the outer shell gives the player a recognizable look on the field; the graphic sits visibly below the shoulder pads so the design reads from the sideline during play.
